Armand Estroff, Principal
Armand Estroff graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in Economics Cum Laude. Immediately after graduating, he moved to Atlanta where he ultimately founded Estroff Realty Advisors, LLC. Since 1986, Armand has been engaged in the construction, development, brokerage, leasing, management and financing of commercial real estate. Over that span, he has successfully completed more than $300 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Always a strong advocate for his tenants, Armand’s unique passion for all of his tenants has proven itself over the years. He employs a unique, involved approach that coupled with his passion for “small business” translates into extraordinary results for his tenants.
Armand values each and every tenant and takes pride in their achievements. He realizes that “tenant success” is “his success” – he is only as good as his team of tenants. His innovative ideas and “hands on approach” are truly unique in the industry and have earned him a well-deserved, quality reputation amongst his tenants and the commercial real estate community alike.
