Design Information

  • All ads are static (non-moving) frames, per government ordinances and each ad will run for five seconds.

  • Each month you can have up to two different static frames that will rotate throughout the day. Each month it is up to the tenants discretion to decide if they would like to run one ad or two alternating ads.

  • Our design team will work with you to design your ads every step of the way. Ads will not run until you have signed off upon the agreed upon design.

  • Eric will handle all design work in-house, however, if you or your corporate office have pre-existing content please make sure to include that in the information you provide for him.

  • Due to the size of the billboards it is advised that ads remain relatively simple and un-cluttered.

  • We are pleased to announce that contracts will be sent out via Docusign, an online legal service.
